I offer professional and experienced Psychological Counselling & Adult Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples who may be dealing with a range of life challenges. Having trained as both a Social Worker (BSW, UNSW) and Adult Psychotherapist (Dip.Psych, ANZAP), I bring to my work solid clinical qualifications alongside diverse work and life experiences. When entering a Counselling or Psychotherapy relationship, my aim is to work collaboratively with clients to identify their needs and then to shape a therapeutic plan that can best meet these. Having completed a Masters Degree in Organisational Development (M.App.Science, Innovation & Service Management, RMIT), I also have substantive applied experience as a clinician, manager, consultant, and trainer.
